AND LOCKOUTS. The Union and its members will be governed by the provisions of the Canada Labour The Employer will be similarly governed by the provisions of the Canada Labour Code in regards to lockouts. Employees shall not normally be deemed to have abandoned their positions in the event that they are prevented from crossing a legal picket line established in the immediate area of the Employer's property.
