AND LOCKOUTS. There shall be no strikes or lockouts, slowdown or stoppage of work either complete or partial during the term of this Agreement.

AND LOCKOUTS. There shall be no strikes or no lockouts during the life of this Agreement Where an employee expresses a concern for his or her safety in attempting to cross a picket-line or any demonstrations on or at the Client’s premises, the Division will ensure a safe access to the workplace. No employee will be disciplined if he or she refuses to cross a picket line or demonstration out of concern for his or her safety. If employees are prevented performing their duties because of a strike or lockout, the employees shall report the matter to the Division, and the Division will make every reasonable effort to ensure that such employees are employed elsewhere.
AND LOCKOUTS. There shall be no strikes or lockouts so long as this Agreement continues to operate: “Strikes” and “Lockouts” shall have the meanings set out in the Labour Relations Act of Ontario.
AND LOCKOUTS. There shall be no lockout by the Employer and no strike by any Employee or Employees during the of this Collective Agreement. No Employee shall be required to cross any legal picket line of a Union representing employees of the Employer. No Employee shall suffer a loss of pay or benefits as a result of a refusal to cross a picket line. ARTICLE MANAGERIAL Managerial responsibilities or decisions will be carried out or made in a manner that is just, reasonable and non-discriminatory. The Union recognizes that it is the right of the Employer to exercise the regular and customary functions of management and to direct its workforce subject the terms of this Agreement. ARTICLE
AND LOCKOUTS. There shall be no strikes or lockouts (as defined in the Canada Labour Code and accompanying regulations) during the life of this Agreement. Where an employee expresses a concern for their safety in attempting to cross a picket- line on the Employer’s premises, the Employer will ensure a safe access to the workplace. If employees are prevented from performing their duties because of a strike or lock-out on the premises of a federal, provincial, municipal, commercial or industrial Employer, the employees shall report the matter to the Employer, and the Employer will make every reasonable effort to ensure that such employees are employed elsewhere, so that they shall receive their regular pay and benefits to which they would normally be entitled.
AND LOCKOUTS. In view of the orderly procedure for settling grievances, the Company agrees that it will not cause or direct any lockout of its employees, and no employee engage in any strike or other collective action which will stop, curtail, or interfere with work or production. The Union agrees that if any such collective action takes place, it will repudiate it forthwith and instruct its members to return to work.
AND LOCKOUTS. In accordance with the RELATIONS ACT of the Province Ontario the parties hereto agree that there shall be no strike or lockout during the of this Agreement.
