Common use of AND LOCKOUTS Clause in Contracts

AND LOCKOUTS. During the term of this Agreement the Company agrees that there shall be no lockouts and the Union agrees that there shall be no strike, or any other stoppage of or interference with work, which would cause any interruption of work.

AND LOCKOUTS. During The Union agrees that, during the term of this Agreement Agreement, there will be no strike or other interference with or interruption of the Company normal operation of the Employer’s business.
