Nondiscrimination The District and the Council agree not to discriminate against any employee covered by this Agreement because of his/her political activities, political beliefs, District approved union activities, or union membership and because of race, color, creed, national origin, religion, marital status, veterans status, or sexual orientation, and to the extent prohibited by law no employee shall be discriminated against because of age, sex, or physical handicap.
