Common use of Ancillary Services Clause in Contracts

Although ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will use reasonable care (and cause its Subcustodians to use reasonable care) in the selection and retention of such third party providers and local agents, it will not be responsible for any errors or omissions made by them in providing the relevant information or services.
