Ancillary Items. The Deliverables shall, where relevant, be supplied by the Supplier together with all ancillary cables, plugs, power adapters, operating and maintenance manuals and such other parts, components or items which are necessary for the normal and efficient use of the Deliverables, and all such parts, components or items shall be deemed part of the Deliverables for the purposes of the relevant Statement of Work, and all warranties and provisions relating to the delivery and passing of title and risk(s) under such Statement of Work shall accordingly be applicable thereto. The cost of providing all such parts, components or items is deemed to be included in the Charges.
Ancillary Items. You must return with any Products the Medartis Ltd loan set check list, accompanying folder and any storage cabinets placed in the hospital by Medartis Ltd.
Ancillary Items. The Customer also acknowledges that Medartis may supply Ancillary Items with or at the same time as delivery of the Products, and if the Customer takes delivery of the same, these are supplied on loan to the Customer and the Customer takes the same on loan.

The cost of providing all such parts, components or items is deemed to be included in the Charges.
Ancillary Items. 1. Provide and operate ground power unit, fixed ground power, cooling unit, heating unit, and air start unit.
