Analysis Data Sample Clauses
Analysis Data. CRO, Sponsor, or their designees will test Biological Samples as described in the Protocol. Unless otherwise specified in the Protocol, neither CRO nor Sponsor plan to provide the results of these tests (“Biological Sample Analysis Data”) to Principal Investigator or trial subjects. If CRO or Sponsor does provide Biological Sample Analysis Data to Principal Investigator, that data will be subject to the provisions of this agreement that relate to Clinical Trial data.
Analysis Data. Unless otherwise specified in the Protocol and/or in the informed consent form, or mandated by Regulations, Sponsor will not provide the results of these tests to the Institution or Study Participants. If Sponsor provides Biological Sample analysis data to the Institution, that data will be considered part of Study data for purposes of this Agreement.
