Common use of Analog Clause in Contracts

Analog. 2 and 4 wire voice grade. Unbundled analog Loops are transmission paths capable of carrying analog voice frequency signals from the network interface (NI) on the end user’s premises to a USW Central Office Network Interface (CO-NI). Unbundled analog Loops may be provided using a variety of transmission technologies including but not limited to metallic wire, metallic wire based digital loop carrier and fiber optic fed digital carrier systems. Such technologies are used singularly or in tandem in providing Loops. Direct Current (DC) continuity is not inherent in this service.
