Analog Clause Samples
The "Analog" clause defines how references to analog formats or technologies are to be interpreted within the agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies whether rights, obligations, or restrictions that apply to digital formats also extend to their analog counterparts, such as physical tapes, vinyl records, or printed materials. By specifying the treatment of analog formats, the clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of how the contract applies across different media types, thereby preventing disputes over format-specific rights or limitations.
Analog. “Analog” shall mean any compound that is derived by JJPRD from a compound included in the Library Compound Pool.
Analog. “Analog” shall mean any compound that is derived by Amgen from a Library Compound. As used herein, a compound shall be deemed to have been “derived from” a Library Compound if it is a chemical modification to a Library Compound which: (a) [**], (b) [**], or (c) [**].
Analog. 2 and 4 wire voice grade. Unbundled analog Loops are transmission paths capable of carrying analog voice frequency signals from the network interface (NI) on the end user’s premises to a USW Central Office Network Interface (CO-NI). Unbundled analog Loops may be provided using a variety of transmission technologies including but not limited to metallic wire, metallic wire based digital loop carrier and fiber optic fed digital carrier systems. Such technologies are used singularly or in tandem in providing Loops. Direct Current (DC) continuity is not inherent in this service.
Analog. Radio Frequency based services (e.g., Cable Television (CATV)).
Analog. Characterizes instruments whose output varies continuously and smoothly, as opposed to digital instruments whose output switches immediately from one level to another. (You know, the difference between a dial type and digital watch.)
Analog. 2 and 4 wire voice grade. These rates can be found in the existing Interconnection Agreement in effect between the Parties. Unbundled analog Loops are transmission paths capable of carrying analog voice frequency signals from the network interface (NI) on the end user’s premises to a Qwest Central Office Network Interface (CO- NI). Unbundled analog Loops may be provided using a variety of transmission technologies including but not limited to metallic wire, metallic wire based digital loop carrier and fiber optic fed digital carrier systems. Analog. This section indicates Analog settings. Quality : When MPEG-1,MPEG-2,DVD ,You can select Lowest,Low,Normal,High,Highest. Record Audio Level : when recording the analog signals, The audio level can be adjustable. Audio Bitrate : When MPEG-1,MPEG-2, you can select audio bitrate.
Analog and Digital IO modules shall have integrated processor for distributed IO processing and control.
Analog to-digital and digital-to-analog converter integrated circuits, as follows:
a.5.a. Analog-to-digital converters having any of the following:
a.5.a.1. A resolution of 8 bit or more, but less than 10 bit, with an output rate greater than 500 million words per second;
Analog to-digital converter ‘‘microcir- cuits,’’ which are ‘‘radiation hardened’’ or have all of the following characteristics:
(i) Having a resolution of 8 bits or more;
(ii) Rated for operation in the temperature range from below minus 54 degrees C to above plus 125 degrees C; and
(iii) Hermetically sealed.
