anagement. Except as otherwise specified herein, the management of the Company is reserved to the Members. All decisions of the Company shall be by the agreement of Members holding a majority of the Units held by Members. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Management Board and/or Managers of the Company may make decisions related to the management of the Company except to the extent the Members may otherwise limit such authority.
