Use Application that will be used by Demo Recipient may not permit commerce, credits or purchases of any kind to be made through the use of such Application, without Apple’s express prior written consent. Further, You may not charge Your Permitted Entity, or any Demo Recipients, Employees, or Permitted Users, in any way for the use of such Application.
