An Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders may be convened at any time in compliance with a resolution of the Board of Directors and applicable laws.

The per diem rate was determined by dividing the estimated cost of the services for the school year (July through June) of $ by the estimated number of days school will be in session (July through June) of and rounding to the nearest two decimal places.   • NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETINGS 20.1 At least five clear days’ notice shall be given of any general meeting.
