An Adjuster. 2 in the appropriate line of insurance, may voluntarily be transferred to a vacant Adjuster 2 (Road) position. Otherwise, Adjuster 2 (Road) vacancies will continue to be posted and filled in the normal manner. If there are no certified applicants for a specific Adjuster 2 (Road) job, it may be necessary to transfer a qualified Adjuster to such a vacancy.
