Common use of Amount Clause in Contracts

Amount. The aggregate principal amount of the Loans to be advanced under this Facility shall not exceed, at any one time outstanding, U.S. $400,000,000 (the "COMMITMENT"). The aggregate principal amount of the Loans which may be borrowed by a Borrower for the benefit of a particular Fund under the Facility and the Other Facility (defined below) shall not exceed the percentage (the "BORROWING LIMIT") of the total assets of such Fund as set forth on SCHEDULE A.

Amount. The aggregate principal amount of the Loans to which may be advanced under this Facility shall not exceed, at any one time outstanding, U.S. Seven Hundred Fifty Million Dollars ($400,000,000 (the "COMMITMENT"750,000,000). The aggregate principal amount of the Loans which may be borrowed by a Borrower for the benefit of a particular Fund under the this Facility and the Other Facility (defined below) shall not exceed the percentage borrowing limit (the "BORROWING LIMITBorrowing Limit") of the total assets of on borrowings applicable to such Fund Fund, as set forth on SCHEDULE A.Schedule A hereto.
