Common use of Amount of Hypothec Clause in Contracts

Amount of Hypothec. To secure the performance of the Obligations, the Grantor hereby hypothecates in favour of the Agent the property described in Section 2.2 hereof for the sum of three hundred million Canadian dollars (CDN$300,000,000) bearing interest at the rate of twenty percent (20%) per annum from the date hereof, compounded annually.

Amount of Hypothec. To secure the performance of the Secured Obligations, the Grantor hereby hypothecates in favour of the Agent the property described in Section 2.2 hereof for the sum of three hundred million billion Canadian dollars (CDN$300,000,000CDN$3,000,000,000) bearing interest at the rate of twenty twenty-five percent (2025%) per annum from the date hereof, compounded annually.

Amount of Hypothec. To secure the performance of the Obligations, the Grantor hereby hypothecates in favour of the Agent the property described in Section 2.2 hereof for the sum of three one hundred thirty seven million five hundred thousand Canadian dollars (CDN$300,000,000CDN$137,500,000) bearing interest at the rate of twenty twenty-five percent (20%) per 25%)per annum from the date hereof, compounded annually.

Amount of Hypothec. To secure the performance of the Obligations, the Grantor hereby hypothecates in favour of the Agent the property described in Section 2.2 hereof for the sum of three one hundred thirty seven million five hundred thousand Canadian dollars (CDN$300,000,000CDN $137,500,000) bearing interest at the rate of twenty twenty-five percent (2025%) per annum from the date hereof, compounded annually.
