Amneal Committee Representation. Until the Trigger Date, each committee of the Company Board shall include at least one (1) Amneal Director, subject to compliance with applicable requirements of the NYSE. If at any time any committee of the Company Board (other than the Conflicts Committee) does not have at least one (1) Amneal Director serving on such committee, the Amneal Group Representative shall be entitled to designate one Amneal Director to have observer rights with respect to such committee.
