The Company has provided Parent with copies of policies and procedures used by the Company and its Subsidiaries for verification of the identity of new and existing customers and counterparties and compliance with Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001 (USA Patriot Act) and similar Laws.
