Amicable consultation. Any dispute arising from the construction or performance of this Agreement shall be resolved by amicable consultations between and among the Parties or via conciliation by a third party. Failing which, such dispute shall be submitted to the competent arbitral authority for determination within 30 days as of the commencement of relevant discussion as aforesaid.
