Amicable consultation Sample Clauses

The Amicable Consultation clause establishes a process for the parties to attempt to resolve disputes or disagreements through direct negotiation before pursuing formal legal action or arbitration. Typically, this involves a specified period during which representatives from each side meet or communicate in good faith to try to reach a mutually acceptable solution. By requiring parties to consult and negotiate first, this clause aims to encourage resolution without litigation, saving time and costs while preserving business relationships.
