Amgen Development Compound. If Amgen provided written notification to the Joint Research Committee of its interest in Developing a Pre-Clinical Compound within the Pre-Clinical Notification Period, then such Pre-Clinical Compound shall thereafter be Developed by Amgen as an Amgen Development Compound subject to the terms of this Agreement.
