Common use of Amendments to this Funding Loan Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendments to this Funding Loan Agreement. Any of the terms of this Funding Loan Agreement and the Governmental Note may be amended or waived only by an instrument signed by the Fiscal Agent and the Governmental Lender, and with the prior written consent of the Funding Lender Representative.
