Common use of Amendments to Pooling and Servicing Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Pooling and Servicing Agreement. (a) Article 1 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following definitions in alphabetical order: “Xxxxx Fargo: Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, acting in its capacity as the Servicer.”
