Amendments to and Termination of Client Agreement. SVBS, Clearing Broker and Customer shall not amend, supplement or otherwise modify the Client Agreement insofar as it pertains to the Collateral without prior written notice to Creditor. Customer may not terminate the Client Agreement insofar as it pertains to the Collateral without consent of Creditor. SVBS and Clearing Broker agree to use good faith efforts to notify Creditor if SVBS or Clearing Broker terminate the Client Agreement, but SVBS’ or Clearing Broker’s failure to notify Creditor shall not be a breach of this Agreement.
