Amendments; Prior Grant Agreements; Headings. This Grant Agreement may not be modified or amended except by an instrument in writing signed by Recipient and Grantor. This Grant Agreement taken together with the other Grant Documents reflect and set forth the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to such subject matter. The headings in this Grant Agreement are for the purpose of reference only and shall not limit or otherwise affect any of the terms hereof.
