Common use of Amendments of Other Documents Clause in Contracts

Amendments of Other Documents. Amend, modify, waive or supplement (or permit modification, amendment, waiver or supplement of) any of the terms or provisions of any Material Contract, in any respect which would materially and adversely affect the rights or interests of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders hereunder, in each case, without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.

Amendments of Other Documents. Amend, modify, waive or supplement (or permit modification, amendment, waiver or supplement of) any of the terms or provisions of any Material Contract, in any respect which would materially and adversely affect the rights or interests of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders hereunder, in each case, case without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.

Amend, modify, waive or supplement (or permit modification, amendment, waiver or supplement of) any of the terms or provisions of the Management Agreement, Operating Agreement, any other Material ContractContract or any agreements among equityholders of Holdings (in their capacities as such) or similar agreements governing the rights of such Persons, in any respect which would materially and adversely affect the rights or interests of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders hereunder, in each case, without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.

Amendments of Other Documents. Amend, modify, waive or supplement (or permit modification, amendment, waiver or supplement of) any of the terms or provisions of any Material Contract, in each case, in any respect which would materially and adversely affect could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on the rights or interests of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders hereunder, in each case, without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.
