Common use of Amendments and Wavier Clause in Contracts

Amendments and Wavier. This Agreement may be amended, modified, superseded, or canceled and any of its terms, covenants, representations, warranties, undertakings, or conditions may be waived only by an instrument in writing signed by (or by some person duly authorized by) all of the parties hereto or, in the case of a waiver, by the party waiving compliance.
