Amendments and Waivers: Transaction Security Documents. (a) Subject to paragraph (b) of Clause 14.1 (Non-Distressed Disposals), Clause 14.2 (Distressed Disposals), paragraph (b) below and to Clause 26.4 (Exceptions) and unless the provisions of any Debt Document expressly provide otherwise, the Security Agent may, if authorised by the Instructing Group, and if the Senior Secured Notes Issuer consents, amend the terms of, waive any of the requirements of or grant 100 consents under, any of the Transaction Security Documents which shall be binding on each Party.
