Common use of Amendment to Section 6.3 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 6.3. The following clause (i) is hereby added to Section 6.3 at the end of such section, with the appropriate punctuation and grammatical changes being made thereto: (i) Investments in the Captive Insurance Entity in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 in the aggregate at any time outstanding.
