Amendments Joinder. The terms of this Purchase Money Guaranty may not be waived, altered, modified, amended, supplemented or terminated in any manner whatsoever except as provided herein and in accordance with the Purchase Money Loan Agreement. In accordance with Section 5.4 of the Purchase Money Loan Agreement, all Significant Domestic Subsidiaries of the Company created or otherwise acquired after the Effective Date shall become obligated as Guarantors hereunder (each as fully as though an original signatory hereto) by executing and delivering to Agent and the Banks that certain joinder agreement in the form attached to this Purchase Money Guaranty as Exhibit A.
