Investment of moneys in funds under the Amended and Restated Indenture. Any moneys held as part of any fund created under the Amended and Restated Indenture shall, at the direction of an Authorized Corporation Representative, be invested or reinvested by the Trustee as provided in Section 9.04 of the Amended and Restated Indenture.
