Amendment to Section 2.1(H. (1) of the Loan Agreement. Effective as of the date hereof, the reference to “$5,000,000.00” contained in Section 2.1(H)(1) of the Loan Agreement is hereby deleted and “$20,000,000.00” is substituted in lieu thereof.

Amendment to Section 2.1(H. Section 2.1(h) of the Agreement is hereby amended by replacing the second and third sentences thereof with the following text:
Amendment to Section 2.1(H of the Loan Agreement. Effective as of the date hereof, the second sentence of Section 2.1(H)(1) of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by deleting it in its entirety and substituting the following sentence therefor: “The aggregate amount of Letter of Credit Liability with respect to all Lender Letters of Credit outstanding at any time shall not exceed $40,000,000.00.”
