Amendment to Section 2.1 of the Credit Agreement. Section 2.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Section 2.1 as follows:
Amendment to Section 2.1 of the Credit Agreement. Effective as of the Effective Date Section 2.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting clause (d) of such section and replacing it with the following:
Amendment to Section 2.1 of the Credit Agreement. Section 2.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to add the following proviso at the end of the first sentence thereof: “, provided further, that the Aggregate Credit Exposure between the Amendment Effective Date (as defined in the Fourth Amendment) and the Financial Statement Completion Date shall not exceed $ 119,000,000.”
