AMENDMENT TO SCHEDULES TO PURCHASE AGREEMENT. Section 2.1 Schedule 1.6. The Schedules to the Purchase Agreement are hereby amended by adding Annex B as Schedule 1.6 of the Purchase Agreement, and such Schedule shall be deemed for all purposes to have been delivered as of the date of the Purchase Agreement.
