Amendment to Exhibit F (Form of Perfection Certificate). Exhibit F to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting paragraph 16 thereof in its entirety and replacing it with new paragraph 16 as further described in clauses (a) and (b) below: (a) From and including the First Amendment Effective Date until the date that is sixty (60) days after the First Amendment Effective Date, paragraph 16 of any Perfection Certificate delivered by the Borrower Parties shall read as follows:
