Common use of Amendment to Definition of Termination Date Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Definition of Termination Date. Section 1.1 of the Loan Agreement is amended by deleting the existing version of the defined term “Termination Date” contained therein and replacing it with the following amended and restated version thereof:

Amendment to Definition of Termination Date. Section 1.1 The definition of “Termination Date” set forth in the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the existing version of the defined term “Termination Date” contained therein such definition in its entirety and replacing it with the following amended following: “ ‘Termination Date’ means the earliest of (i) Xxxxx 00, 0000, (xx) the date on which Borrower terminates this Agreement and restated version thereof:the credit facilities provided hereunder pursuant to Section 2.13 hereof, and (iii) the date on which Bank terminates its obligation to make Loans and other extensions of credit to Borrower pursuant to Section 8.2(a) hereof.”
