Amendment to Definition of Termination Date. The definition of "Termination Date" as set forth in Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement is amended and restated to read in its entirety as follows:
Amendment to Definition of Termination Date. Section 1.1 of the Loan Agreement is amended by deleting the existing version of the defined term “Termination Date” contained therein and replacing it with the following amended and restated version thereof:
Amendment to Definition of Termination Date. The definition of “Termination Date” in Article 1 of the Frame Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the reference to the “ third anniversary” and substituting therefor the “ fourth anniversary”. The effect of this amendment is to define the “Termination Date” as occurring on January 1, 2002.
Amendment to Definition of Termination Date. The definition of Termination Date set forth in Section 1.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended such that the phrase “October 20, 2013” is replaced with “November 1, 2014”.
Amendment to Definition of Termination Date. The definition of “Termination Date” (as defined in Section 10.01(b) of the Agreement) is hereby amended to mean July 15, 2020.
Amendment to Definition of Termination Date. The definition of Termination Date is deleted and replaced with the following:
Amendment to Definition of Termination Date in the Credit Agreement. The definition of "Termination Date" contained in Article 1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows:
Amendment to Definition of Termination Date. The definition of “Termination Date” in Section 1.38 of the Purchase Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such definition in its entirety and replacing it with the following: “1.38 ‘Termination Date’ shall mean June 29, 2007 or the date that the Termination Date shall occur pursuant to Section 10 hereof.”
Amendment to Definition of Termination Date. The definition of "Termination Date" is amended by deleting the reference to "August 1, 2004" therein and substituting "August 1, 2005". The parties hereto agree that the foregoing amendment shall constitute an extension of the Termination Date pursuant to Section 2.14 of the Credit Agreement.
