Amendment to Article VII of Participation. Agreement 1.1 Unless otherwise indicated, defined terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Participation Agreement. 1.2 The parties agree that, effective as of the date of this Agreement, Article VII of the Participation Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and is replaced with the following section, which now shall be deemed Article VII of such agreement: ARTICLE VII.
