AMENDMENT/REVOCATION. This Agreement shall not be amended, modified or revoked at any time, in whole or part, without the mutual written consent of the Executive and the Bank, and such mutual consent shall be required even if the Executive is no longer employed by the Bank. 10.1 This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby, and any previous agreements or understandings between the parties hereto regarding the subject matter hereof are merged into and superseded by this Agreement. 10.2 This Agreement shall be executed in triplicate, each copy of which, when so executed and delivered, shall be an original, but all three copies shall together constitute one and the same instrument.
