Amendment Procedure. This Contract may be amended or provision(s) altered only by the mutual consent of the Board and the Association. Such amendment and/or altering may be (1) at the request of either the Board or the Association or (2) as may be required by ORC 4117. In any case, the finalization of such amendment(s) or altering shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article I, Section B, Number 4 and/or 4117.14.
