AMENDMENT OR ALTERATION. If there is any dispute or inconsistency between this Agreement and any prior discussion by the Parties hereto concerning the Patents listed in Schedule 1 hereof, the stipulations of this Agreement shall prevail. This Agreement may only be amended or altered in writing and signed by the Parties hereto.
