Common use of Amendment of the General Terms Clause in Contracts

Amendment of the General Terms. The Company has the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions with a prior notice to the Client no later than thirty (30) days prior to the entry into force of the amendments. If the Client does not expressly refuse to accept the amendments in writing within thirty (30) days of notification delivery, he/she/it shall be deemed to have consented to the amendments. If the Client does not accept the amendments, the Company may cancel the Agreement.
