Amendment of Tender Document. 9.1 At any time prior to the 'Due Date & Time of Bid Submission', Purchaser may, for any reason, whether at its own initiative or in response to a clarification requested by a prospective Bidder(s), modify the Tender Document by addenda/ corrigendum.
