Common use of Amendment of District Boundaries Clause in Contracts

Amendment of District Boundaries. The boundaries of the Districts may be amended to include additional portions of the FDP Properties that are not already included in any of the Districts as compared to those initially contemplated at the time of Service Plan approval; provided, however, that such inclusion of additional property within the boundaries of the District shall be accomplished prior to the conveyance of any platted lots within the subject property.
