Common use of Amendment; Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Amendment; Interpretation. The parties shall modify this Addendum to comply with subsequent changes in the HIPAA/HITECH Final Omnibus Rule or other laws and regulations governing the privacy and non- disclosure of PHI. Any ambiguity in this Addendum shall be resolved in a manner that brings the Addendum into compliance with the then current version of the HIPAA/HITECH Final Omnibus Rule and or other laws and regulations governing the privacy and non-disclosure of PHI.
