Amending Adjustment Provisions. The Company and the Trustee may modify the adjustments resulting from the application of the provisions of Section 6 if a modification is required in compliance with all applicable securities legislation and policies contemplated by the provisions of Section 6 and the Company and the Trustee may execute and deliver such documents as may be necessary to effect the modification.
