Common use of Amendement Clause in Contracts

Amendement. The parties agree that any possible future amendment or supplement to the Agreement should be intended as integral part of the Agreement and that any reference to the Agreement mentioned in the PO, a PO or in this document, where applicable, are inclusive of such changes and/or integration.
