Common use of Amended Term Clause in Contracts

Amended Term. The term of the Original Agreement commenced on the Effective Date and is hereby extended through June 3_0th, 2022 (insert new termination date) or the completion of the project, whichever occurs first, unless it is further extended by written mutual agreement between the parties, provided that the parties retain the right to terminate this Agreement as provided in Exhibit C to the Original Agreement. ✔ Amended Scope of Work. The Scope of Work terms included as Exhibit(s) Scope of Work page #100 to the Original Agreement are hereby: ✔ supplemented with additional Scope of Works terms included as Exhibit _A to this Contract Amendment; AND/OR extended to include providing the ongoing services referenced in the Original Agreement for the duration of the amended term. ✔
