Common use of Ambiguity or Uncertainty Clause in Contracts

Ambiguity or Uncertainty. In the event of any ambiguity or uncertainty hereunder or in any notice, instruction or other communication received by the Escrow Agent hereunder, the Escrow Agent may, in its reasonable sole discretion, refrain from taking any action other than retaining possession of the Escrow Property, unless the Escrow Agent receives written instructions, signed by each of the Grantor, the Trustee and the Representatives which eliminates such ambiguity or uncertainty.
