Amalgamation Consolidation Conveyance Transfer or Lease. 10.1 Amalgamation and Consolidations of Corporation and Conveyances Permitted Subject to Certain Conditions‌ The Corporation shall not consolidate with, amalgamate or merge into any other Person or enter into any reorganization or arrangement or effect any conveyance, sale, transfer or lease of all or substantially all of its assets (any such transaction, a “Subject Transaction”), other than with or into one or more of the Corporation’s Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries and other than such transactions as are permitted under this Indenture, unless in any such case:
