Alternative unit. If, at any time, members of this Unit are removed from coverage under this Act 195 Unit and are placed under coverage of an Act 111 Unit by action of the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board, the Commonwealth and the FOP agree to continue the provisions of this Unit’s Agreement until such time as a new Act 111 bargaining accord can be achieved.
